Antoine Veillerette is a composer and conductor from Rome. He is currently studying for a master’s degree in composition at the Guildhall School of Music with Julian Anderson, whilst also taking conducting lessons with Tim Redmond. He previously obtained his BMus in composition at the Guildhall with Julian Anderson and Laurence Crane where he was awarded the Lord Mayor’s Prize for outstanding academic achievement. As a conductor he has conducted orchestras including the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland and Sinfonia Smith Square. As a composer, he has been played throughout the UK and Europe by both professional and student ensembles at the University of Warwick and the Guildhall School of Music, and the Festival Ravel in St Jean de Luz.
